My Health and Care Elective led by Dr. @aliceelisabethbutler this year has ended. Decided last minute to sing annotations of my reflections from the class: “Embodiment of Care”, to experiment about how knowledge or thoughts can be transferred and embodied through songs. 🧡 It has been a wonderful journey with my lovely and kindhearted cohorts, and Dr. Alice Butler has always been so encouraging and supportive for me to try new forms and (out of the box) experiments. This (singing) presentation was made from the reflection of the different classes and guest speakers throughout the 3 months term: a fitness practice from Graham Hudson, a visit to @wellcomecollection, movement exercises with Sharon Young, collage session with Liz Orton, knitting class with Mah Rana, crit with PhD Care Research Group, and the inspiring reading list we are trying our best to read in between the packed schedules. Thank you, thank you very much for this chance to learn. :) (This singing was improvised on the spot so don’t come at me for the legendary C and F chords 🙈)
