With a background in psychology (BA) and art (MFA, Royal College of Art), I merge evidence-based wellness practices with aesthetic, impactful art and music experiences. What sets me apart: - High-quality, curated materials ensuring every session feels premium and intentional - A commitment to aesthetic excellence so participants take home pieces they feel proud of, adding beauty to their environments - Outstanding communication and leadership skills to manage my supporting team seamlessly, ensuring every project is delivered with professionalism and care - Proven experience working with high-profile organizations including WHO, NHS hospital arts, Wigmore Hall, and international festivals - Long-term collaboration with Werkudara for several years, resulting in repeat invitations across cities in Indonesia where they specifically requested me to lead their programs, a testament to the trust and results I deliver.

Nice, relaxing, and meditative workshop. I lost myself while drawing, something I’ve only experienced a handful of times as an adult. I rarely draw because it usually doesn’t look good, which puts me off trying again. But this method narrowed the options in a way that made it easy to follow my intuition, let go of perfectionism, and create something quite expressive and pretty (to me)!

“It has been a pleasure to see Ina Leah develop and deliver her project as part of her MA and the RCA at St George’s Hospital, which was programmed as part of St George’s Arts Week 2024. Ina Leah, along with Assistant Facilitator Sharol Ahluwalia, brought warmth, enthusiasm and passion to both their collaborative collage and songwriting, and Ina Leah’s performance in later in the day.”
